Why you should definitely go to Playa d'en Bossa

I go to Ibiza once a year just to party. I don’t spend hours in trendy eateries, I don’t do sightseeing, and I’ll catch up on sleep when I get back. When I mention that I stay in Playa d'en Bossa, I often get asked, "Why do you go there?" Well, let me tell you!

Beach to yourself

To start with, it’s busy everywhere during the high season, but Playa d'en Bossa’s beach is relatively calm. The beach is long, and since most Ibiza visitors are lounging in all those stunning coves, there’s more space here. Plus, the closer you get to the iconic tower, the emptier the beach becomes.

Walking and lounging

Do you love a long beach walk? This is the perfect place for it! Walking the entire coastline of Playa d'en Bossa will keep you busy for a while. Want to relax on a sunbed? That’s fun here too, as people stroll by all day, and occasionally a promotional team from one of the clubs shows up. Want something to eat? Grab something from the supermarket just a short walk away, or order from one of the many beach bars.

Airport nearby

The airport is super close. If you’re lucky and get a quick taxi, you can be there within ten minutes. That means you’ll be at your hotel in no time on the first day and have plenty of time on the beach on your last afternoon. Especially if you’ve paid to bring your trolley into the cabin with you!

Boat to Eivissa

Of course, it’s fun to do something during your party holiday in Ibiza. And what’s cooler than visiting the amazing capital! From Playa d'en Bossa, you can take a water taxi. It’s a direct trip, and on the way back, there’s a stop in Figueretas, so you get to see that place too. You shouldn’t be afraid of water, as sometimes a splash might get into the boat. You can also take a slightly bigger boat to stay dry.

Hï & Ushuaïa

The most important thing! The clubs you must visit: Hï & Ushuaïa are located in Playa d'en Bossa. And let’s be honest, walking home after a night out is the best thing ever, right? No hassle at the taxi stand and (if you haven’t drunk too much) straight back to your hotel, wonderful! And trust me... getting a taxi when the party at Ushuaïa is over is anything but relaxing!
