Welcome to Photos Marisol
My name is Isabel and I really love to take beautiful colorful pictures. If it was possible I would fly to one of the beautiful cities in Spain every weekend to take photos of the most picturesque streets. A few days to Greece or another cool destination every month to take nice pictures also sounds good to me. But unfortunately this isn't possible. Luckily The Netherlands is also very photogenic!
I bought my first camera when I was 16 years old to take pictures on school parties and during holidays with my friends. How exciting it was everytime we went to the photo shop to pick up our photos. Because that’s how it went in those days. You bought a roll of film for 24 photos and had to hope that all 24 where as you had imagined.
Lots of photos
Luckily nowadays we can take as many photos as we want to with our telephone. In this way you will probably always have at least one nice photo. For me, this taking so much pictures with my phone was the deciding factor to buy a camera again after so many years. I have this camera for three years now and and I'm really happy with it.
Ibiza love
I always liked taking pictures but now it really became my favorite hobby. Still there is so much to learn. But I’ve taken a few pictures already which I’m very proud of. I took a lot of photos in Spain and mainly on Ibiza, which is my favorite holiday destination. Sometimes I visit another country, so it's not only nice for Spain lovers to have a look on my website. Travel Blog with a Wink
Besides photography, I also really enjoy writing. That's why I regularly post a blog about various topics related to holidays and travel, often with a touch of humor. My newest blog is about how fun flying with children can be.
And finally, if you're wondering: "Where does the name Marisol come from?" A long time ago, somewhere along the way in Argentina, I heard a mother calling her daughter by this name. I thought it was such a beautiful and cool name! I decided I would give this name to my daughter if I ever had one. I ended up having two sons... ;-)
